Privacy Policy

The Foundry is a performance club in Islamabad, Pakistan. The Foundry is the data controller responsible for your personal information. This policy covers our website, booking channels and club. It doesn't apply to third-party services that don't link to it.
What we collect
- Required: your name, phone number and email, plus an emergency contact for members.
- Optional: your date of birth, address and training goals.
- Training data: assessments, progress review notes, and any injuries or conditions you tell us about. We collect health information only with your explicit consent.
- Membership and payments: your plan, bookings, attendance and transaction records. We don't store full card or account numbers.
- Photos and video: taken during sessions or events. We use them publicly only with your permission.
- Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, Web, email or social media.
- Website usage: your IP address, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies including the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- schedule your assessment
- programme and review your training
- manage your membership and payments
- keep you updated and send offers you've agreed to receive
- improve our website and measure our ads
- prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations
We never sell your data, and we never use your health data for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Our coaches and staff: only what they need to train you.
- Service providers: Lovable (website provider), WhatsApp, payment provider and CRM/email provider, who act on our behalf. Some of them store data outside Pakistan.
- Authorities: only when the law requires it.
Retention and security
- Enquiries: kept for 12 months.
- Member records: kept for the length of your membership plus 12 months.
- Payment records: kept as long as tax rules require.
We limit access to the people who need it and protect your data against misuse, loss and unauthorised access. If a breach affects you, we'll tell you.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- access, correct or delete your data
- restrict how we use it
- stop sending you marketing messages
- withdraw consent for your health data or photos
Withdrawing consent for health data may limit how we can train you. We respond within 15 days.
Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.

Our website may link to other sites, such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply to those sites.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here. We'll tell members directly about any significant change.
